Dairies that make coffee beverages need coffee extract of consistent quality, in volumes that match the filling line. That is exactly what the Swiss Espresso Extractor® is built for.

What the machine delivers
Each brew yields 5 litres of espresso at 6 Brix. Milk-based drinks are usually dosed higher so the coffee carries through the milk rather than disappearing behind it. Concentration is adjustable from 3 to 12 Brix, set in the tank after homogenisation.
Ground fresh, not in advance
At the start of each batch, 2.0 kg of coffee beans are drawn in and ground fresh in the integrated grinder. Pre-ground coffee loses aroma within minutes. Where coffee carries the flavour of a dairy product, that difference reaches the finished item.
Hot and cold from one machine
Brewing temperature ranges from 20 to 92 degrees. The machine switches between hot extraction and cold brew within seconds, with no conversion work. A plant filling both classic and cold-extracted coffee drinks therefore needs no second machine.
Typical products
- Iced coffee and chilled coffee beverages
- Milk-based drinks containing coffee
- Ready-to-drink coffee in bottles or cups
- Coffee extract as an ingredient for other dairy products
Volume and planning
Where one unit is not enough, several can run in parallel. One person starts the process, after which the machine runs autonomously under supervision. Delivery takes around 6 months from order, since each machine is built rather than supplied from stock.
